REASSEMBLED is a video in three parts exploring an autobiographical journey of cancer survivorship in a surreal and oneiric way. It balances the double point of view of the medical truth and the patient's understanding. The three parts of this video were created for an immersive installation show at the Art Center of the Capital Region in Troy, Ny in 2011.

CHEMO THIRST is a stop-motion animation inspired a personal memory of intense helplessness during chemo therapy treatments. Brought in and out of conscience by my agonizing condition, I remember imagining to grab the glass of water on my nightstand several times to only realize I was unable of any movement or action. I even fantasized of drinking from it at some point. The sense of helplessness reached it climax when someone entered my room and left without asking if I needed anything. I didn't have the strength to ask and I didn't drink the whole day.

MIRROR is my first animation and it paved my way into the MFA program in electronic arts at RPI in 2009. It is about disfigurement caused by cancer treatments and the complex journey of self-acceptance. MIRROR was created for an immersive installation in a darkened room full of mirrors reflecting pieces of the main projection on a large wall.
